CAMPAIGNSCleveland Park Main Street’s Construction Fest
To encourage continued foot traffic during extensive construction along Connecticut Ave NW in 2022, Cleveland Park Main Street created “Construction Fest.” Along with the initiative’s branding, I designed a series of window clings featuring Construction Fest’s “Handy Pandy” mascot, which were displayed on participating businesses.

District Bridges’ DC Holiday Lights
Launched in 2019 as “Lower Georgia Avenue Main Street Holiday Lights,” District Bridges grew the neighborhood event into a citywide spectacle when the pandemic hit in 2020. Under the blanket event “DC Holiday Lights,” over a dozen DC Main Streets participated in a season-long marketing push to drive foot traffic and sales to small businesses across the city.
In addition to creating the original 2019 event’s branding, I created the citywide brand in 2020, and individual logos and design assets for all participating Main Streets.
The designs for each Main Street incorporated the neighborhood’s unique landmarks and architectural style. I drew from their existing brands to create a color palette that ensured familiarity and cohesion across marketing materials. Participating Main Streets received a full logo suite and individualized design assets for use across digital and print assets.
I also provided support in designing award certificates, signage, social media posts, event posters, and more, utilizing each Main Street’s unique DC Holiday Lights branding.
Pictured below are just a few of the logos created for the event over the years.
